Team Notes Guide
Long-term discussion and weekly scheduling
Open Long-term discussion under Ideas & discussions. Idea Pool captures early thoughts, long-term discussion keeps ongoing questions, and Weekly discussion schedules focused work for a particular week.
- Select Add a long-term topic. Create a discussion document with a title, overview and question, or link an existing note, PDF or presentation.
- New documents are shared and Unfiled; no long-term folder is created. Existing documents are linked without copies. Titles follow the original document.
- Expand a title and open its source to continue the conversation in comments. Use In progress, Paused or Resolved; the default list shows In progress. The submitter or an administrator maintains topic metadata. Source editing still follows the document author’s permissions.
- Click Add to this week to schedule the original document, overview and question in one step. The long-term topic stays in place with its current status. Already-scheduled sources are not duplicated or overwritten.
- In this week · View opens the current agenda. Schedule the topic again in a later week; each week keeps its own introduction and status.
- Removing a long-term reference preserves the source, comments and weekly entries. Linking a private document does not expand its access.
Example: create “How can we improve experiment reproducibility?”, add the open question, and bring it into this week for a meeting. Record conclusions in the original document and schedule another round next week without copying the document.
Quick scheduling and collapsible topics
Each document in Team documents and its reading toolbar has Add to this week. It opens the current Beijing-time week with the original document and description preselected; confirm to save. The title stays linked to the source document, without copied content or new folders.
Topics show only their titles initially. Click a title row or chevron to expand its description, question, source link and controls; click again to collapse. The + button left of the topic count opens the same scheduling dialog as Schedule a discussion.
Schedule a discussion from team files
Open Weekly discussion → Schedule a discussion → choose Choose from team documents as the source. Search by title or author, filter by folder or format, and select a Markdown, PDF or presentation document. Add an introduction and question, then save. The document becomes an agenda topic with discussion status and a permanent weekly entry.
For local files, use Upload materials first, then select the resulting team document. The original is linked, with no duplicate or weekly folder. Only readable sources are listed and their permissions remain intact. Idea Pool and new-idea options are still available.
Weekly records and discussion materials
Weekly discussion keeps the week name, notes, conclusions and linked materials, using Monday–Sunday in Beijing time. Give a week a name such as “Week 1 · Research directions”. Saved weeks appear in Weekly records; return later to add more materials.
- Open Weekly discussion and choose the week.
- Select Edit weekly information, enter the name and notes, and save. Signed-in members can read these notes; their creator or an administrator maintains them.
- Under Discussion materials, use Link existing documents to search and select notes, PDFs or presentations. Up to 30 per operation and 100 per week.
- Use Upload materials for local Markdown and images, ZIP, PDF or PPT/PPTX. Preview and publish as usual; published documents link to the selected week automatically. Presentations are read as converted PDFs.
- Use an existing document folder or leave materials Unfiled. No weekly folders are created and existing documents are not copied. Original documents remain available through Team documents.
- Return to any historical week to add more. One document can be linked to multiple weeks; all links open the same current original, not a frozen copy.
- Unlink removes only that week’s reference. It preserves the original and other weeks. Only the submitter or an administrator can unlink. Original access permissions still apply; private documents remain author-only.
Example: name 2026-10-12–2026-10-18 “Week 1 · Research directions”, upload meeting.pdf, and link the existing Experiment Plan. Create another record next week and revisit Week 1 from Weekly records whenever needed.
History and restoration
- Document content: open a document, choose History from the page actions menu, inspect or compare an older version, then select Restore and confirm. Current editing permission is required. Restoration creates a new version and preserves existing history.
- Week name and notes: after saving a change, open History in the weekly record, expand a version and choose Restore this version. Only the record creator or an administrator can restore. The latest 30 old versions are kept, including the content replaced by a restoration.
- Material references: link a document again if a reference was removed by mistake. The original remains intact.
- Folders, classification, status, visibility and deleted files: restoring document content does not undo these operations. Move documents back using Organize; recreate a deleted folder if needed. Ask an administrator about server backups for deleted documents or a site-wide recovery.
Simpler navigation and your documents
The homepage keeps its folders and document list. The sidebar contains Team documents, Ideas & discussions, and Guide. Home links on other pages and the Team Notes logo still return here.
Use All documents / Created by me above the list to filter by the original author. Combine it with folders, tags, progress and visibility. Created by me does not mean private; visibility still controls who can read. Clear filters restores all documents. Old My Pages links open this filter; old Project view links open Team documents.
Example: choose Research → Created by me → Draft to see your unfinished research notes.
AI setup, a movable button and co-editing
- No API key configured means the enable switch may already be on, but no key has been saved. Administrators can open AI assistant → Configure API (or the gear icon), enter a DeepSeek key, enable chat and save. Reopen settings to send a connection test.
- Keys can only be entered over HTTPS or an administrator-provided local SSH tunnel. Plain HTTP disables the key field. Keys stay on the server and are never shown to members.
- Drag the floating AI button anywhere inside the screen; its position is remembered on this device. The chat panel always opens on the right. Use “Reset button position” at the bottom of the panel, or Alt + arrow keys / Alt + Home while the button is focused.
- Authors can select Editing: Only me / Co-editing on reading and editing pages, choose an editing mode and save. The team document list’s Organize action opens the same settings.
- Co-editing permits signed-in readers to edit content, title, description and tags. Only the author controls visibility and editing permissions. Private documents cannot be co-edited.
Getting started
Open the team homepage and sign in with your existing Wiki account. Select EN at the top right for the English interface. Use 中文 / English above to switch this guide.
The original Wiki homepage and existing document URLs remain available. Published pages follow the site's existing access permissions. “My Pages” means content you created; it does not mean private content.
What the sections mean
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Home | Recently updated documents you can read |
| Team documents | Notes, ideas and attachments organized in folders |
| Project view | Filter documents in project folders |
| My Pages | Documents you originally created |
| Idea Pool | Share observations, questions and ideas, then discuss them on their pages |
| + New | Create a note or idea, or import files into the current folder |
These are overlapping views of the same collection. A project note you upload can appear in Knowledge Base, Projects and My Pages. Lists support pagination, with 40 readable documents per page.
Interface language and document language
Interface language changes buttons and menus. Chinese and English resources are installed; no download is needed. This does not translate the document.
Content language refers to an actual Chinese or English version supplied by an author. Select Content: 中文 / English in the reading controls to open that version. If only one version exists, the page says so. Members with the required permissions can select Add English or Add Chinese.
The team list groups both versions into one document card, preferring the version matching your interface language. Chinese and English links on each card open the versions directly. Each version has its own text, history and comments. Editing one does not update the other automatically.
Importing notes
Import one language
- Open Team documents, choose a folder and select + New → Import documents. Choose Chinese only or English only under Document language.
- Select Markdown files. For notes with images, select the complete folder or upload a ZIP.
- Check the preselected folder, progress, visibility and co-editing.
- Select Preview import and check titles, target URLs and missing-file warnings.
- Confirm the preview, select Publish this batch, then open a published note.
Use relative image and note paths:
# Experiment Log

[Next steps](plan.md)
Links to images and notes included in the same batch are converted to site URLs.
Upload Chinese and English together
- Prepare Chinese and English Markdown files.
- Put both in the same directory and use matching base names with language suffixes, such as
experiment.zh.mdandexperiment.en.md. Document titles may differ. - Choose Chinese + English pairs and select both files and their images, or upload the complete folder / ZIP.
- Check the preview, which lists a title and URL for each language, and publish.
- Open the document and use Content: 中文 / English to switch.
Download a ready-to-import bilingual example ZIP.
experiment-notes/
experiment.zh.md
experiment.en.md
images/
curve.png
$$
E = \frac{1}{n}\sum_{i=1}^{n}(y_i-\hat y_i)^2
$$
Example English file:
# Learning Rate Experiment
Training becomes more stable after reducing the learning rate.
Inline formula: $a=bc$.
$$
E = \frac{1}{n}\sum_{i=1}^{n}(y_i-\hat y_i)^2
$$
Each pair becomes two language versions of one document. Every document in paired mode must include both files.
Add English to an existing Chinese document
- Open the Chinese document.
- Expand the reading controls and select Add English beside the content language.
- Confirm that the import page identifies the correct source.
- Upload exactly one English
.mdfile and its images. Its filename need not match the original. - Preview and publish. The Chinese text is preserved, and both pages gain language links.
If English already exists, open that page and edit it. A new ordinary import creates a new document; it does not update an existing version. You can also add Chinese to an English document using the same steps.
Preparing a translation
No automatic translation service is connected. The site does not automatically translate Chinese content into English. Prepare English Markdown using your preferred translation tool, then upload a pair or add a version.
Keep Markdown structure, code blocks, formulas, image paths and links intact. Translate the relevant prose and check terminology and formulas before publishing. Later changes to the source need to be reflected in the translation manually.
Reading, editing and finding content
| Feature | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Collapse the left sidebar | Select Menu |
| Collapse page details | Select Details to give the document more room |
| Hide the control bar | Select < to leave only >; select > to expand it |
| Return to the list | Select Back to list to restore the previous section and search where possible |
| Find a note | Search titles, summaries, authors, tags and both language titles on Home; use the original Wiki search for full text |
| Edit text | Open the language version you want, select Edit and save the Markdown |
| Add images | Upload and insert images using the editor's asset manager |
| View history | Open History from the page actions to compare or restore versions, subject to permissions |
Sidebar, details and control-bar preferences are saved in the current browser. On phones, the reading controls appear at the bottom.
Markdown and mathematical formulas
Documents and comments support Markdown, including bold, italics, lists, links and code.
Write an inline formula as $a=bc$. It renders as .
Write a display formula like this:
$$
\dfrac{(QK)^T QK}{\sqrt{d_k}}
$$
Rendered result:
Formulas inside backticks or fenced code blocks remain literal code. Escape a dollar sign as \$. Invalid formulas in comments remain visible as source text so you can correct them.
Use $formula$ inside table cells too. Braces in roots, fractions and powers are preserved:
| Source | Rendered result |
|---|---|
$\sqrt{65}$ |
|
$\dfrac{-3+i}{10}$ |
|
$2^{1013}$ |
Keep formulas on one line inside a Markdown table. Prefer \lvert x\rvert and \mid for absolute values or conditional probability; a literal | may be interpreted as a column separator.
Idea Pool and discussions
- Select Idea Pool or Share an Idea.
- Enter a short title, text and optional tags. For example: “Does low-rank initialization affect early learning?”
- Describe the observation, hypothesis and a way to test it. Link to existing notes if useful.
- Publish, open the page and discuss it in the comments.
When an idea matures, create a formal note and link to it from the original idea. Automatic conversion to notes, likes, bookmarks, status boards, @mentions and email notifications are not currently provided.
This Week: prepare topics before the meeting
Open This Week. Idea Pool keeps your long-term ideas; This Week organizes the discussion agenda by week. Weeks run Monday through Sunday in Beijing time.
- Select This Week in the sidebar. It opens the current week; choose Next week to prepare ahead, or select a date to browse another week.
- Select Schedule an idea, then choose an existing idea or create a new one. Idea Pool cards also have a Schedule for this week button.
- Add a brief introduction (required, up to 1200 characters) and an optional discussion question (up to 600 characters), then save. Markdown and formulas are supported.
- Members can read the introduction in advance, then select Open idea / Discuss to read the full page and comment there. The reading menu's return button takes you back to the same week.
- After the discussion, the submitter or an administrator with the required permissions can mark the entry Discussed. Filter by status, edit the weekly introduction, or remove the entry from that week.
Example: title “Does low-rank initialization affect early learning?”; introduction “We observed different convergence speeds in the first three epochs and plan to compare three random seeds”; question “Should we check initialization scale first or increase the sample size?” Schedule it for next week so everyone can prepare.
New ideas are also saved in Idea Pool. Each idea can appear once per week and can be scheduled for multiple weeks. Past agendas remain available through Previous week or the date picker. Removing an agenda entry preserves the original idea and its comments. Weekly introductions are saved independently and do not edit the source page. You can switch the interface between Chinese and English; entered text is not automatically translated.
Import limits and common questions
- Supported formats: UTF-8
.md, PDF, PPT/PPTX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP and ZIP. A batch accepts up to 30 documents (including at most 3 PDFs/presentations) and 100 supported files in total. - Each Markdown/image file can be up to 5 MiB; PDF/presentation files can be up to 20 MiB. Total upload size and total extracted ZIP size are limited to 20 MiB.
- Images and links are resolved relative to each Markdown file first. Local image paths such as
D:\notes\images\plot.pngandfile:///C:/notes/image.pngare matched against images in the same upload and rewritten as site URLs. Folder or ZIP uploads preserve directories; individually selected images also work when filenames are unique. The website cannot read your computer's paths: include the actual image files. - For duplicate filenames, the importer compares the trailing directories and refuses ambiguous matches. The preview shows how many image addresses were rewritten. Fix missing or ambiguous images and run the preview again. HTML
<img>images still need to be converted to Markdown image syntax. - Formulas, code and tables are preserved. External images keep their original links and are not downloaded.
- Each new batch creates new documents. Adding a translation creates only that language version and never overwrites an existing translation.
- Retry a partially failed batch without duplicating successful pages. This browser remembers the latest ordinary batch and the translation batch for each source.
- Each user can retain up to 50 preview jobs. Ask an administrator to archive completed jobs if you reach the limit.
- Missing upload or edit permissions: ask an administrator to check your group and page/asset permissions for the target language.
- Comments are rate-limited. Wait about 15 seconds before another consecutive submission.
- Forgotten password: contact an administrator. Outgoing email is not configured, and the original password cannot be displayed.
- Site address: http://wiki.wikijs.cn/. Use HTTP for now; HTTPS has not been restored.
Version and maintenance
Collaboration extension v1.8.0, based on Wiki.js 2.5.308. Supports weekly agendas and bilingual documents, local image path conversion, and fixes trailing TeX groups being mistaken for styling attributes in tables and paragraphs.
Download the extension source and build files · Wiki.js source. Licensed under AGPL-v3.
Folders, progress and Only me (new in 1.5)
The homepage uses a folder tree and paged documents, with card, list and compact views. Choose New folder to create a topic such as “Mathematical Methods”; use the ⋯ → Rename menu to rename it. Folders are shared by the team. Renaming or moving a document does not change its URL. Tags remain available for cross-topic filtering.
Drag your own document cards into a folder, or use Organization & permissions or the reading-page toolbar. Chinese and English versions share folder, progress, visibility and co-editing settings. Authors control visibility and co-editing; site administrators may organize the folder and progress of any shared document. Ordinary members organize only their own documents.
- Draft means work is in progress. New imports default to Draft. Drafts are still shared unless you select Only me.
- Completed is a manual progress label; the content remains editable.
- Not marked is the initial state of existing documents.
- Shared retains the site's existing reading permissions, which may include guests.
- Only me restricts the page, search, history, comments and local attachments to the signed-in owner. Other website accounts, including administrators in normal document workflows, cannot read it. Server operators can still access databases and backups. Downloaded copies and external images cannot be recalled.
Example: create “Mathematical Methods” → import a Markdown assignment and its images → choose that folder, Draft and Only me → preview and publish. When ready, use Organize to change it to Completed and Shared.
Local attachments used by a hidden document, including historical versions, are protected too. If another shared page uses the same attachment, other users will lose access to that attachment as well. Sharing the document again restores access unless another hidden document still protects the asset.
Combine folder, progress, visibility, tag and keyword filters. Empty folders remain available. Folders support up to five levels. Organization preserves original Wiki paths and content.
Site organization and author-controlled co-editing (new in 1.7)
The founding account yjj2027mcsp@sjtu.edu.cn is the site administrator. Other personal accounts and new registrations are Team Members. Members can create folders; only the site administrator can rename or delete shared folders.
- The administrator can drag shared documents into folders or change their progress using Organize: folder / progress.
- Authors open Organization & permissions, select Allow team members to co-edit the content, and save.
- Signed-in members who can read the shared document may edit its content, title, description and tags. They cannot move or delete it, or change its personal settings.
- Turning co-editing off immediately removes editing permission, including for already-open editors. The site administrator also needs the author's co-editing permission to edit someone else's content.
Existing and new documents default to co-editing off. Only me overrides co-editing and prevents website administrators from reading or organizing the document. Draft and Completed labels do not enable co-editing.
Instant rendering editor (new in 1.7)
Choose Edit Page on the original reading page, then click the small icon next to Save in the editor toolbar. Switch between instant rendering and the original split view on the same page. Both modes share the title, Save, Page settings and Close controls, and retain unsaved content when switching. Newly created Markdown pages are supported too.
Hover over a formatting button, or focus it with Tab, to see its name and keyboard shortcut below the button. Descriptions stay within the screen edges on small displays.
- Type
## Weekly researchand move the cursor to render a heading. Click it to continue editing its Markdown. - Use
$E=mc^2$or$$\int_0^1 x^2\,dx=\frac13$$for live formulas. Tables support inline formulas too. - Insert tables, links, code blocks or task lists from the toolbar. Click the small toolbar icon again to return to the original split editor.
- Choose the original Save button above or press
Ctrl+S(⌘+Son Mac). Changes update the same Wiki document and retain history, organization settings and original ownership. - Unsaved changes are stored locally per account and document. Restore or discard them on returning. Clear site data after using a shared computer.
- If another person saves first, the site reports a conflict and refuses to overwrite. Switch to the split editor and copy your Markdown draft, reload the latest version, merge your changes and save.
Example: the author enables co-editing for “Weekly research” → a member opens instant rendering → adds findings and formulas → saves → the reading page and history update. This supports successive edits, without simultaneous shared cursors. Instant preview and published pages use different Markdown engines; verify unusual HTML or extension syntax on the reading page after saving.
PDF and presentations
Choose .pdf, .ppt or .pptx in Import Documents, directly or in a ZIP with Markdown and images. PDFs are checked and previewed; presentations are converted to PDF and the original is retained for download. Each file becomes a Wiki document with folders, progress, visibility and comments.
- Select your files and document language.
- Choose a folder, progress and visibility.
- Select Preview import. Wait for conversion, then review the PDF with page navigation, zoom and download controls.
- Confirm and publish. Open the document to read the embedded PDF and use the existing discussion and organization controls.
Example: upload meeting.pptx under Research / Draft / Only me. After reviewing it, use Organize to change it to Shared. For two languages, upload meeting.zh.pptx and meeting.en.pptx together; PDF/presentation translations can also be added to an existing document.
Limits: at most 3 PDFs/presentations per batch, 20 MiB total after ZIP extraction, 5 MiB per Markdown/image, 500 PDF pages, 30 MiB per converted PDF and 60 MiB of output attachments per batch. Encrypted files are rejected. Failed conversion publishes no pages; retry or export PDF from PowerPoint first.
PDF is static: animations and media do not play. Unusual fonts or complex layouts may change, so review before publishing. Originals and PDFs follow document visibility. Site full-text search does not currently index PDF contents, and downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Idea Pool and weekly agenda work together (1.5.1)
Any active signed-in personal account may schedule an idea they can read, including another member’s idea, without source editing permission. Use Schedule for this week in Idea Pool, or This Week → Schedule an idea → Choose from Idea Pool. Users with page creation permission may also write a new idea from the weekly agenda; it is saved in Idea Pool at the same time.
An agenda entry references its source. It does not move, copy or delete the source, or change its author, folder, progress or visibility. Private ideas do not become public when scheduled. The agenda submitter or an administrator can edit the agenda entry, change its discussion status or remove it from that week. The source idea and comments remain intact.
Knowledge Base, Projects and deleting folders (1.5.1)
Knowledge Base lists regular documents, including project materials. Projects is a focused view of those documents, not a separate copy. Regular documents filed in the Projects category, and documents imported to the Projects destination, appear there. Renaming the Projects category preserves this relationship. Creating an empty topic folder does not automatically add any documents to Projects.
Folders are shared across views, but their counts include only documents you can read within the current view. A Courses folder may contain notes in Knowledge Base and show zero in Projects. Try Clear filters or return to Knowledge Base if something appears missing. Each document has one underlying source.
Members with write permission can use the ⋯ → Delete folder menu and confirm Delete folder, keep documents. Every document in that shared folder, including other members’ documents, moves to Unfiled. Content, comments, author, progress and visibility remain unchanged. All documents and Unfiled are system views and cannot be deleted.
Folder tree, compact lists and batch organization (1.8)
Home, Knowledge Base, Projects and My Pages share the new browser. Existing categories remain top-level folders, with the same content, URLs and permissions.
- Select a folder and choose New subfolder. For example, create
PapersinsideDeep Learning. The folder menu offers new subfolders; administrators can rename, move or delete a subtree. Up to five levels are supported, with 40 characters per name. - Use the tree and breadcrumb to navigate. Include subfolders is enabled by default; turn it off to show direct documents only. Counts include subfolders and only documents readable in the current view.
- Switch between cards, lists and compact rows. Sort by title, author, creation or modification, and combine keyword, tag, format, progress and visibility filters. Each page displays 40 documents. Browser state is remembered per account and view.
- Select documents and choose Move selected, or drag the selection to a folder. Select this page selects only movable documents on this page. Up to 100 documents can move together.
- Administrators organize readable shared documents; members organize their own. Both language versions stay together. Batch moves preserve content, author, progress, visibility and co-editing. Permission or revision conflicts leave the entire batch unchanged. Refresh and retry.
Deleting a folder includes its subfolders and returns their documents to Unfiled without deleting content. Folder structure is shared; private documents remain author-only. Use the original Wiki search for full text.
AI assistant: chat, document references and quick copy (1.9)
Sign in and click AI assistant at the bottom right. It is available on Home, original reading pages and Edit Page. The administrator configures DeepSeek or another Chat Completions compatible API; members do not supply keys.
- Chat: type a question and choose Send or press Enter; Shift + Enter inserts a newline. Answers stream progressively and support Markdown, tables and math. Stop cancels generation. Incomplete answers are excluded from later conversation history.
- Attach a passage: select text in a reading page, the original Markdown editor or the instant editor, then choose Ask AI. Check the reference before sending your question. You can also use Attach selection. Attaching never sends content automatically; inspect, copy or remove it first.
- Attach a document: choose Attach document, then ask a question. The editor attaches its current unsaved text; reading pages attach authorized Markdown source. Limits are 48000 characters per document, 16000 per passage and 6000 per question. Select a smaller passage for long documents. For PDF/PPT, copy selectable text and paste it; entire attachments are not extracted automatically.
- Translate: select a Chinese passage and choose Translate to English. It attaches the passage and fills a translation request for you to review and send. Summaries and explanations work similarly. AI does not overwrite a page or create a language version; copy the answer and save it yourself.
- Copy/paste: copy selected source text from the floating menu. Each answer's Copy button copies its original Markdown. Use Ctrl / Cmd + V in the question box; the Paste button is available on secure pages, with keyboard fallback.
- Conversation: completed turns stay in the current browser tab per account, including across reloads or site navigation. Use + to clear the chat without changing documents. The server stores daily usage counts, not chat text. Switching accounts cannot send the previous account's conversation.
Example: select “training loss decreases but validation accuracy drops” → Ask AI → “Explain possible causes and suggest three follow-up experiments” → Send → copy the reply into your experiment notes.
Administrators use the gear in the sidebar to configure provider, HTTPS base URL, model and API key, then enable chat. DeepSeek defaults to https://api.deepseek.com and the current official model name deepseek-flash. Other providers require a compatible endpoint and their model name. The key stays on the server and is never returned to members or the browser. Set keys over HTTPS or an SSH local tunnel. An unconfigured API is clearly indicated.
Defaults are 100 requests per member/day (Beijing midnight), 10/minute, one active request per member and four globally. Administrators can set daily and reply token limits. Provider billing applies; failed or stopped requests also count once started. AI receives only the question, chat and explicitly attached references. It does not automatically scan the knowledge base, browse the internet or change documents.
Create in folders, paste images and navigate consistently (v1.10)
Knowledge Base is now Team documents, containing notes, ideas and attachments organized in folders. Import Documents has become an import dialog inside a folder. Idea Pool and Weekly discussion are grouped under Ideas & discussions. Project view filters the same team documents without creating copies.
- Open Team documents and choose a folder, for example
Research / Experiment logs. - Click + New above the list or + beside a folder. Choose New note, New idea or Import documents.
- Enter a title and choose progress, visibility, co-editing and content language. Create and edit saves an initial page and opens the original Edit Page editor. Select Only me for privacy; Draft alone does not hide a page.
- Paste a screenshot with Ctrl / Cmd + V or drop image files into either the split Markdown editor or the instant editor. The instant toolbar also has an upload icon. PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP are supported, up to 5 MiB each, 10 images per upload and 20 MiB total. A permanent image URL is inserted after upload; save the document afterward. Failed uploads show a message so you can retry.
- Import documents opens the current folder’s dialog. Markdown with image folders, ZIP, bilingual pairs, PDF and PPT/PPTX converted to PDF remain supported. Select, preview and publish, then close the dialog to return to your folder.
- A new idea appears in both its folder and Idea Pool as one document. It can then be scheduled for weekly discussion.
- Reading pages show Team documents → folder → document title. Folder links return to the library; existing document URLs stay intact. Old import links open the new dialog.
Example: In Research / Experiment logs, create “How temperature affects the results”, select Draft, Shared and Allow team co-editing. Switch to instant rendering inside Edit Page, paste an experiment screenshot and save. Teammates can find the note in the folder and contribute after the author enables co-editing. Create an idea in the same folder for a hypothesis you want to discuss this week.
The AI launcher is higher to leave space for the page edit button. Administrators configure the provider through AI assistant → ⚙ Model settings. Enter the key through HTTPS or a local encrypted SSH tunnel, enable the assistant and save.

Markdown
experiment.zh.md和experiment.en.md。
Markdown
$a=bc$,显示结果:a=bc。
.md、PDF、PPT/PPTX、PNG、JPG、JPEG、GIF、WebP 和 ZIP。
协作扩展 v1.8.0,基于 Wiki.js 2.5.308。
中英配对可使用meeting.zh.pptx与meeting.en.pptx;已有文档也可以补充一个 PDF 或 PPT 语言版本。
